... but really. More and more, I'm reading about the benefits -- ecological, economical, and epicurean -- to adopting an insectivorous diet. This type of "livestock" requires far less land and fodder. They take a shorter amount of time to mature. And don't get me started on the protein content! So many cultures around the world prize various insects as total delicacies, but I think the western world needs to take a big leap in order to become accustomed to the idea.
So, dear readers, I ask you, would you eat a Bug Mac?
