An Ode to Chipotle

No. 4

- Make pickles with cucumbers from the garden -

(produce from the garden - with a few delicious zucchinis and a cherry tomato)

(we decided to add jalapenos, onions, and dill seeds to ours!)

The canning part was pretty interesting process: we had to sterilize all the jars beforehand, then seal them in boiling water after filling them, and my favorite part... they made this cool popping noise to top off the sealing process!

Perfection, Peppers, and [Un-]Posted Pictures

I love those days when you wake up to a perfect morning: the random calls of songbirds in perfect harmony, twinkling rays of sunlight dancing across your face, and the anticipation of having a whole, brand new day ahead of you.

I spent a lovely morning reading a good book while sipping honey-infused green tea outside!

- Make a completely random dinner from scratch -

Stuffed Peppers (roasted with pork, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots, and feta, and topped off with fresh basil and cilantro from the garden)... mmm!
